All items will be processed within 24-48 hours. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday and exclude weekends and federal holidays. NPressions Hair Collection is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once an item is in the possession of the shipping carrier. If you have any issues regarding tracking an order after it has left our facility, we ask that you file a claim with the shipping carrier.
